In-Home Cat Feeding & Mail/Parcel Collection Add-On

This package is for cat households in European cities that need cat care and help with mail or parcels while away. After ordering, the client submits the number of cats, food, litter, mail and parcel locations, visit window, and key handover. We then create an add-on service plan with a clear process: order, needs discussion, plan confirmation, service delivery, and service completion.
The service includes feeding, water refresh, litter box scooping, litter refresh, playtime, brushing, treat interaction, photo or video updates, daily notes, room airing, collecting mail or parcels according to client instructions, and taking out prepared trash. Collected items are placed in a specified location and confirmed with a photo. If a parcel is large or requires signature, the available method is discussed in advance. Each visit ends with an update on eating, drinking, litter habits, mood, and interaction.
This is a customized service. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve the schedule. The exact deposit amount depends on the actual situation, such as number of visits, visit length, number of cats, mail or parcel tasks, travel distance, and add-on items. After needs are confirmed, we provide a service plan and arrange the remaining balance based on the customized plan and actual service conditions. Extra visits, extended playtime, or plant watering can be added to the plan. This package suits clients who want several small tasks arranged during absence. Clients can specify feeding order, mail locations, and key handover before ordering.
