After ordering, the client submits the number of cats, personality, toy preferences, food, litter, visit window, and key handover. We then create an extended-play service plan with a clear process: order, needs discussion, plan confirmation, service delivery, and service completion.
The service includes feeding, water refresh, litter box scooping, litter refresh, basic playtime, extended playtime, brushing, treat interaction, photo or video updates, daily notes, room airing, and taking out prepared trash. Extended time can be used for wand toys, balls, hiding games, box play, or quiet companionship. Visits follow the cat’s pace to avoid too much interruption. Each visit ends with an update on eating, drinking, litter habits, mood, and interaction.
This is a customized service. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve the schedule. The exact deposit amount depends on the actual situation, such as basic visits, extended time, number of cats, travel distance, and add-on items. After needs are confirmed, we provide a service plan and arrange the remaining balance based on the customized plan and actual service conditions.
