After ordering, the client submits the number of cats, names, feeding arrangements, litter box locations, personality, play preferences, door access, and key handover. We then create a multi-cat service plan with a clear process from order, needs discussion, plan confirmation, service delivery, to service completion.
The service includes separate feeding, water refresh, scooping multiple litter boxes, litter refresh, playtime, brushing, treat interaction, photo or video updates, daily notes, room airing, and taking out prepared trash. If cats need to eat separately, the visit can be arranged by room or by time. If cats compete for food, this can be noted and adjusted. Playtime can rotate so each cat gets interaction. Each visit ends with an update on each cat’s eating, drinking, litter habits, and mood.
This is a customized service. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve the schedule. The exact deposit amount depends on the actual situation, such as number of cats, number of litter boxes, visit length, number of visits, travel distance, and add-on items. After needs are confirmed, we provide a service plan and arrange the remaining balance based on the customized plan and actual service conditions. If a cat is added, playtime is extended, or plant watering or mail collection is requested, the plan can be adjusted after discussion.
