After ordering, the client submits the number of cats, food, litter, personality, play preferences, midday time window, and key handover. We then create a midday service plan with a clear process: order, needs confirmation, plan confirmation, service delivery, and service completion.
The service includes feeding, water refresh, litter box scooping, litter refresh, playtime, brushing, treat interaction, photo or video updates, daily notes, room airing, and taking out prepared trash. Midday visits are arranged within the client’s preferred time window and can include wet food, water checks, and litter checks. For shy cats, quiet companionship can be offered. For active cats, short wand toy and ball play can be arranged. Each visit ends with an update on eating, drinking, litter habits, mood, and interaction.
This is a customized service. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve weekday slots. The exact deposit amount depends on the actual situation, such as weekly visits, visit length, number of cats, travel distance, and add-on items. After needs are confirmed, we provide a service plan and arrange the remaining balance based on the customized plan and actual service conditions. Extra visits, extended playtime, plant watering, or mail collection can be added to the plan. This package suits clients who want their cats checked during the day.
