After ordering on the website, the client submits the number of cats, personality, food, litter, toy preferences, visit window, and key handover details. We use this information to create a weekend service plan with a clear process from order, needs discussion, plan confirmation, service delivery, to service completion.
The service includes feeding, water refresh, litter box scooping, litter refresh, playtime, brushing, treat interaction, photo or video updates, daily notes, room airing, and taking out prepared trash. Weekend visits can include longer playtime, such as wand toys, balls, boxes, hide-and-seek, and quiet companionship. For shy cats, the visit can start slowly and allow the cat to approach at its own pace. For active cats, chasing and jumping games can be added. Each visit ends with an update on eating, drinking, litter habits, and mood.
This is a customized service. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve weekend slots. The exact deposit amount depends on the actual situation, such as Saturday and Sunday visits, visit length, number of cats, travel distance, and add-on items. After needs are confirmed, we provide a service plan and arrange the remaining balance based on the customized plan and actual service conditions. Extra evening visits, extended playtime, plant watering, or mail collection can be added after discussion. This package suits clients who want their cats to keep a familiar weekend routine.
